Your name, delivery address, email, phone number, order history and, where you allow it, marketing preferences. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card details.
How we use it
To take payment, pick and deliver your order, handle returns, and — only with your consent — send weekly offers.
Who we share it with
Delivery partners and our payment processor, strictly to fulfil your order. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax rules. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data at any time by emailing hello@shollyfoods.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
