Orders
Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If an item is unavailable we will substitute a like-for-like product or refund it.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Age-restricted items
Alcohol is sold only to customers aged 18 or over. Our drivers may ask for photo ID.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
