Freshness guarantee
Fresh, chilled and frozen items are covered for 24 hours after delivery. Send us a photo and we'll refund or replace the item on your next order.
Ambient and packaged goods
Unopened ambient products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
Cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery, except for perishable goods, which are exempt. Email hello@shollyfoods.co.uk with your order number to cancel.
